Please read this policy carefully before making any payment to AM Square Cricket Academy. All payments are governed by the terms outlined below.
Strict No-Refund Policy
AM Square Cricket Academy maintains a strict no-refund policy on all fees. Once a payment is confirmed, refunds will not be issued except in the limited scenarios described under Payment Gateway Issues and Exceptional Circumstances. By paying, you acknowledge and accept this policy in full.
Section 1
AM Square Cricket Academy operates a strict no-refund policy on all fees paid for coaching programs, club registration, hostel accommodation, and academy kit. This policy is in place because resources — including coach time, ground allocation, slots, and infrastructure — are reserved and committed at the time of payment.
By proceeding with registration and making a payment, the student (or their parent/guardian) acknowledges and agrees to this refund policy in full. Ignorance of this policy is not grounds for a refund claim.
This policy applies to all payments made through our online payment gateway (PhonePe), offline bank transfers, or any other payment mode accepted by the Academy.
Section 2
All coaching program fees — whether for 3-month, 6-month, or 12-month programs — are strictly non-refundable once payment is confirmed and the enrollment is processed.
No refund will be issued for: voluntary withdrawal from the program at any stage, relocation of the student or family, personal, medical, or family emergencies, dissatisfaction with coaching methods or style, change of interest or career direction, schedule conflicts arising after enrollment.
If a student is asked to leave the program due to disciplinary violations, misconduct, or breach of the Code of Conduct, no refund will be issued for any portion of the remaining program period.
Fees paid for a specific program period cannot be transferred to another program, age group, or batch unless explicitly approved in writing by Academy management.
Section 3
The one-time Club Registration Fee of ₹2,999 is non-refundable under all circumstances, including but not limited to: withdrawal before the first session, failure to attend any matches or tournaments, cancellation of membership by the student.
This fee grants the student official membership of AM Square Cricket Club and is used to cover administrative, affiliation, and documentation costs. These costs are incurred upon processing the membership and cannot be reversed.
The Club Registration Fee is also non-transferable. It cannot be applied toward future enrollment fees, hostel charges, kit fees, or any other payment obligation.
Section 4
Hostel fees are non-refundable once the student has been allotted a room, regardless of whether the student has physically checked in or used the accommodation.
No refund will be provided for early departure from hostel accommodation, irrespective of the reason — including personal preference, medical necessity, family emergencies, or expulsion from the program.
Partial refunds for unused accommodation periods will not be issued. The full annual hostel fee is considered earned once a room is allocated.
If a student's hostel allocation is revoked by the Academy due to misconduct or violation of hostel rules, no refund of hostel fees will be provided.
Section 5
Academy kit fees are non-refundable once the kit has been ordered, customized, or dispatched, regardless of whether the student has physically received it.
No exchange or replacement will be provided for kits that have been used, washed, or altered in any way. Size-related concerns must be raised before the kit is ordered.
In the event that the Academy is unable to fulfill the kit order (e.g., supplier issues), a full refund of the kit fee only will be issued within 14 working days.
Section 6
In the rare and exceptional event that AM Square Cricket Academy permanently discontinues or is unable to deliver a program due to reasons entirely within the Academy's control (e.g., permanent closure of the facility, loss of ground access), the following will apply:
A proportionate credit note — equivalent to the unused program period — will be issued. This credit may be used toward future enrollment at the Academy or a successor institution, if applicable.
Cash refunds will not be issued under any circumstance, including in cases of exceptional circumstances. Credits will be issued in writing and remain valid for 12 months from the date of issue.
Temporary disruptions such as weather cancellations, festival holidays, coach unavailability, or force majeure events (floods, strikes, pandemics) do not qualify as exceptional circumstances and will not give rise to any refund or credit.
Section 7
If a payment is deducted from your account but the registration confirmation is not received within 24 hours, please contact us immediately at director@amsquarecricket.com with your transaction ID and payment screenshot.
In cases of genuine double-deduction or technical failures confirmed by our payment gateway partner (PhonePe), the excess amount will be refunded to the original payment source within 7–10 business days.
The Academy is not responsible for payment gateway delays, bank processing times, or failures caused by the student's bank, UPI app, or internet connection. Contact your bank directly for such issues.
Refunds for payment errors will only be processed to the original payment source (same UPI ID, card, or bank account) and cannot be redirected to a different account.
Section 8
The Academy reserves the right to cancel, reschedule, or modify individual training sessions due to weather conditions, public holidays, facility maintenance, or other operational reasons.
Cancellation of individual sessions does not entitle students to any proportionate refund or fee credit. The Academy will make reasonable efforts to compensate through additional sessions or extended program periods at its discretion.
In the event of a prolonged closure exceeding 30 continuous days caused by reasons solely attributable to the Academy, a credit note for the affected period may be considered on a case-by-case basis upon written request.
Section 9
If you believe you have a valid claim under this policy (e.g., payment gateway error or kit non-delivery), you must submit a written request to director@amsquarecricket.com within 7 days of the triggering event.
Your request must include: your full name and player ID, the nature of the claim, amount in question, supporting documents (payment receipt, bank statement, screenshots), and your contact number.
All claims will be reviewed by Academy management within 10 working days. A written response will be issued regardless of the outcome. Decisions made by Academy management are final and binding.
Raising a claim does not guarantee a refund. All claims are evaluated strictly against this policy, and only claims that fall within the defined eligible scenarios will be considered.
Section 10
This Refund Policy shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India.
Any disputes arising from or in connection with this policy shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Jaipur, Rajasthan.
By making a payment to AM Square Cricket Academy, you agree to the terms of this Refund Policy and waive any right to claim refunds outside of the scenarios explicitly described herein.
This Refund Policy was last updated on March 1, 2026. The Academy reserves the right to amend this policy at any time. Updated versions will be published on our website
